PERIODIC TECHNICAL INSPECTION STATION IS086

 

The technical inspection station is located in the premises of Section 1 of CTP Iasi, at the intersection of Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard and Splai Bahlui Mal Drept Street.

We carry out technical inspections for all categories of road vehicles (including those powered by LPG, motorcycles, ATVs and machinery).

Priority is given to vehicles from the own fleet, final checks and those subject to checks made by the Traffic Police.

Note:

The duplicates of the PTIs made in the IS086 station are charged 50 lei (VAT included), and the duplicate is issued in a maximum of 3 working days.

 

 

Required documents:

 

  • Vehicle identity card (C.I.V.), in original. Xerox copies or faxed copies are also accepted, only for leased vehicles or whose owners are commercial companies based in other counties and workplaces in Iasi county.
  • Registration certificate. Starting from January 2006, checks for the reacquisition of the registration certificate withheld by the Traffic Police are done only at R.A.R. representatives.
  • R.C.A. insurance (which can be made on the premises).

 

Note: For taximeters and School-type vehicles, the approval certificate issued by the R.A.R., within its validity period, is also required.

 

The PTI station also carries out related activities: final checks for works carried out in its own workshops, contract-based final checks for works carried out in other services (according to R.N.T.R. - 9), traffic checks (of traffic safety systems) arranged by the agents of the Romanian Traffic Police
