IMPORTANT NOTICE!

The schools remade the database with pupils, in order to restore access to the procurement of free passes through the 24pay application, each student having to create another account on the www.sctpiasi.ro/elevi platform.

In order to create a pupil account, go to www.sctpiasi.ro/elevi.

 Select the educational institution and enter your matriculation number, your email address and a password. After authentication, a code will be generated, which must be entered in the 24pay application, in the “Pupil account administration” section.

If you receive the message “Your data is incorrect”, contact the educational institution to confirm that you are entered in the database and that the matriculation number from the report card coincides with the one in the platform!

QR code 

If you study at a school or a high school in the municipality of Iasi, you benefit from free services of transport ^[1][2] to travel with the public transport means of CTP Iasi!

You can purchase the free pass at our selling points or online, using the 24pay mobile application.

	NOTE! Make sure the phone’s battery is charged and there is an active Internet connection.

REGISTRATION IN THE APPLICATION

To register, from the Public Transport section of the application, select Iasi and then press Buy Ticket, Iasi and Manage “PUPIL” account.

Register on the CTP Iasi website from the Pupil Registration section of the application, by pressing the PUPIL REGISTRATION button and filling in the necessary data to generate the discount code. The code will be automatically sent to the application, and you will receive a confirmation message that you have been registered as a pupil.

If you have previously registered on the CTP Iasi website, alternatively, you can download the discount code manually in the application, selecting Add discount code from the Pupil registration section. In this case, you will also receive a confirmation message that you have been registered as a pupil.

HOW TO PURCHASE THE FREE MONTHLY PASS FOR PUPILS BY USING THE 24PAY APP

Open the application and log in with your password or digital fingerprint.

In the Public Transport section of the 24pay application press the Iași button then select Buy pass and then “PUPIL” Pass (add the CNP if it has not already been entered).

Press the Buy button to request your free pass.

You will receive a transaction confirmation message.

If the transaction was completed successfully, you will immediately receive a QR code on your phone that represents the purchased pass in an electronic format and information about its validity.

You can always check the existence of the travel document and its validity in the Wallet section.

NOTE!

You can purchase a new free pass up to maximum one day before the active one expires.

Before getting on a CTP Iasi transport means, check if your free pass is valid, to know if a new purchase is required.

CONTROL

The free pass for pupils that you have purchased gives you the right to use any number of means of transport on any route during the period and area or areas of validity.

At the controller’s request, present the pass on the phone.

The controller will scan with his phone the QR code associated with the presented pass, in order to confirm its validity.

Refusal to present an active travel document on the phone is considered a misdemeanour.
